AllTime
FAQ
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars and make sure AllTime has permission. Then open AllTime's settings and tap "Calendars" to select which ones to display. If you use Google or Outlook, ensure those accounts are added in iOS Settings > Calendar > Accounts first.
Open the Health app > Sharing > Apps > AllTime and enable all the data types you want to sync. If AllTime isn't listed, open AllTime first and grant Health permissions when prompted. You may need to restart AllTime after granting permissions.
Check Settings > Notifications > AllTime and ensure notifications are enabled. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is on, and choose your preferred alert style. Also verify that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode isn't blocking AllTime notifications.
AllTime syncs through your AllTime account. Make sure every device is signed in to the same account, has an internet connection, and is running the latest version. Events from connected calendars (Apple, Google, and Outlook) also sync through those accounts, so confirm they are added on each device. If something still looks out of date, quit and reopen the app to refresh.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If issues persist, check that you're running the latest version from the App Store. As a last resort, you can delete and reinstall the app, then sign back in to your AllTime account to restore your data.
Ask the AI assistant in chat and it works with your real schedule, goals, workouts, and nutrition. It can create and reschedule events, find free time, build goals and routines, and answer questions about your day. AI features are opt-in: you give consent before anything is processed, and requests are sent securely to AllTime's servers only when you use an AI feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Focus Mode is a distraction-free timer that helps you concentrate on a single task. Tap the circle on the timeline to start a focus session. You can set a duration or use infinite mode for open-ended work. The app tracks your focus time and shows it in your daily stats.
Create habits with custom frequencies (daily, weekly, specific days). AllTime tracks your streaks and completion rates over time. Habits appear on your timeline at the times you set, and you can mark them complete with a single tap. View your progress in the Insights tab.
Point your camera at any meal and the AI identifies the foods and estimates nutritional content (calories, protein, carbs, fat). It logs this to your timeline and Apple Health. You can edit the AI's estimates if needed. This feature requires a Premium subscription.
AllTime syncs with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook through iOS's built-in calendar system. Events you create in AllTime appear in your other calendar apps, and vice versa. Changes sync both ways in real-time.
Routines are sequences of tasks you do regularly, like a morning routine or workout warmup. Create a routine once, and AllTime can add all its steps to your timeline with one tap. Great for building consistent daily habits.
Not currently. AllTime is iOS-only and deeply integrated with Apple's ecosystem (HealthKit, EventKit, iCloud). An Android version would require significant rebuilding. We're focused on making the iOS experience great first.
Not yet. AllTime is currently a native iOS app. A web version is on our roadmap, but there's no timeline. Your calendar events are accessible through other web calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud.com) since AllTime syncs with them.
There are no direct integrations with these services. However, if they sync to your calendar (like Salesforce meetings to Outlook), those events appear in AllTime automatically. We're exploring more integrations for future updates.
A macOS version is coming soon! It will sync with your iPhone via iCloud and offer the same timeline-based planning experience optimized for desktop use.
Some calendars are read-only (like subscribed calendars, holidays, or shared calendars where you only have view access). AllTime respects these permissions—you can view these events but not edit them. Check the calendar's sharing settings in its original app.
Currently, AllTime supports daily, weekly, and specific-day recurrence. Complex patterns like "first Monday of every month" or "every 3 weeks" aren't supported yet. For complex recurring events, create them in Google Calendar or Outlook and they'll sync to AllTime.
Tap and hold anywhere on the timeline to create an event at that time. Or tap the + button in the top right. Fill in the title, time, and any other details. Drag the event's edges to adjust the duration, or drag the whole event to reschedule it.
Go to the Routines tab and tap "New Routine". Add each step of your routine (wake up, exercise, shower, etc.) with estimated durations. Set a start time and which days to repeat. The routine will appear on your timeline and you can check off each step as you go.
Create a habit for water intake with your daily goal. Each time you drink water, tap the habit to log it. AllTime syncs this data to Apple Health. You can also use the quick-add button on the timeline to log water without opening the full habit view.
Tap the AI button (sparkle icon) on your timeline. Tell it what you want to accomplish, like "Schedule 2 hours for deep work" or "Find time for a workout". The AI will suggest times based on your existing schedule and energy patterns. Accept or modify its suggestions.
Pinch outward on the timeline to zoom out to week view. Pinch again to see the month view. Pinch inward to zoom back to day view. You can also tap the date header to quickly jump between views or select a specific date.
Go to Settings > Data > Export. You can export your habits, routines, and tracked data as a JSON or CSV file. Calendar events are already accessible through your synced calendar services. Health data can be exported from Apple Health directly.
Open Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > AllTime > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted—you just lose access to premium features.
